Shipping and Returns
AT THIS TIME WE ARE STILL SHIPPING THROUGHOUT AUSTRALIA AS USUAL.
Upon your order and receipt of payment, please allow 4-5 business days for packing and dispatch of your order. Please allow up to 10 business days for your delivery to arrive. Delivery times may vary depending on delivery service providers.
Due to the nature of chocolates, we will only ship our goods on Monday-Wednesday to avoid products being held in warehouses over weekends. Order placed on Thursday-Sunday will be shipped on Monday morning. Products will be insulated and in warmer months sent with cooler packs to keep chocolates cool during transit. We endeavour as much as possible to protect the chocolates from the rigours of transport using strong packaging with appropriate insulation for both movement and temperature.
I Luv Lollies uses Sendle courier services. Our delivery providers guarantee safe and reliable delivery or your order. If you are not home you will receive a card in the mail for collection or delivery of your order.
Please note: If you choose to have your order parcel to be left on your premises we cannot be liable for lost or stolen property as a result.
PLEASE NOTE: If you put an incorrect address on your order and it is returned to us you will be charged shipping costs again. If you choose to not want the parcel we can not give you a refund.
Our shipping is 100% Carbon Neutral.
Shipping to Ballina is between $6.95 for upto 500g & $11.50 upto 25kg, whilst all other areas are calculated at checkout once an account has been created.
Shipping to Canberra, Melbourne CBD, Brisbane CBD and the Gold Coast starts from approximately $8.50, however this may vary based on order weight.
These shipping rates are indicative and may change if your specific delivery fees are different.
Regional Areas and Western Australia, Tasmania and the Northern Territory extra fees may apply.

For any reason you are not happy with your purchase because your goods were damaged or not what you ordered, we accept returns if the goods are in original packaging and unopened from original packaging. We do not accept ‘change of mind’ returns for products purchased on this site.
Upon checking out, if you entered your shipping address incorrectly and your parcel has returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery of your parcel, extra fees may apply. No refund applies.
