We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a casual retail employee at our lolly, candy shop. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, meeting KPI’s, maintaining a clean and organised store environment, and accurately handling cash transactions.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them with finding products
• Provide information about our products and assist customers with making informed purchasing decisions
• Accurately process sales transactions using the point-of-sale system
• Keep the store clean and organised, including sweeping and mopping the floor, wiping down counters, and restocking shelves as needed
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and restocking products

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks efficiently
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
